SYDNEY- AEST 

Kicking off things globally, Skillsoft CMO, Michelle Boockoff-Bajdek, and Wall Street Journal's best-selling author of Fanocracy, David Meerman Scott will welcome the global audience to the full 24 hours digital experience. 

9:15 am to 9:45 am— Michelle Ockers, the founder of Learning Uncut, will welcome Australian audiences to the Perspectives 2020 main event and will follow it up with her keynote on how L&D teams can grow into performance partners that drive strategic business value. 

9:45 am to 10:00 am— Rosie Cairnes, Vice President APAC at Skillsoft joins Michelle Ockers in a Q&A session to discuss the challenges faced by today's workforces. 

11:00 am to 12:00 pm— Shawn Achor, Ted Talk Rockstar and the author of Big Potential & The Happiness Advantage, will share his accounts of research on positive thinking and its influence on workplace success.
